Problem Information
no forced down shift

Trans came in as a bench job. Overhauled the trans, and customer decided to have us install the trans.
Problem
Installed trans in vehicle and noticed on test drive, vehicle did not have any forced down shifts and the tcc came on too early around 20 mph, and when it came on it would kick out and come back on, and kick out and come back on, and kick out and come back on all before 25 mph. Installed new rpm sensor, tps, and computer and still no change. I have done all the diagnostics and still have come up with nothing, all my powers and grounds seem to be fine. I drove it with my schaffer shifter on it and it drives great. I am running out of ideas and I don't know where to go next. Thanks for the help.
