Problem Information
O.D. light flashing/ harsh shifts
Unable to check for codes/ can't communicate with computer

This vehicle came into us with this condition. Cannot communicate with computer. Have Solus and Verus. Neither one pulls codes. We replaced ECM and still did the samething. harsh upshifts. Doesn't matter hot or cold. Fluid looks good. Red in color with no burnt smell. We have checked grounds, AC voltage. All okay. The overdrive light flashes in 2nd or 3rd gear.

Problem
Our scan tool equipment (Snap On) will not communicate with this vehicle, so we have no way of knowing what codes are in the computer. Ford dealership here said there was a code 50, 20 according to info on this they are not available. Any thoughts on this problem before I send it down the road?
