Due to the difficulty in removal & installation, we replaced complete electronics to include harness and replaced viscous coupling converter, necessary gaskets and performed a service. We did not completely disasemble transmission.

Found TCC related codes.

Original Customer Complaint:
Check engine light on with no drivability issues.
Current Customer Complaint:
At approximately 40-45 MPH, when TCC applies,there is a chuggle or washboard sensation. Prrlem was not there prior to said repairs.
Work Completed This Visit:
We replaced plugs, plug wires, pulled transmission and replaced converter. Problem did not go away. Again pulled unit, replaced TCC solenoid (OE#8683187), sealing rings and seals. Did not change anything.

Summary:
The local Cadillac dealership is convinced the problem is still in the converter curcuit. We are at a loss as we seemingly have covered the bases, yet the problem still exists. We would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions the group might have as to what we have built into this unit.
