Problem Information
lock up in 2 3 and 4
all the time
replaced pump and o/d section, torque, transgo hd2 kit new sol. pack
trans came in with no movement. trans got so hot it melted filter neck to nothing and parts of the pump (around gears) melted aluminum.

Problem
after overhual trans shifts into 2nd and lock up at same time and remains in lock-up. it will dis engage with the brake pedal then resumes lock up even if i let off the brake. i think this is a trans overtemp mode?? i probed tot sensor at pcm and it reats corectly 1.7v at 110deg trans temp. any ideas????
Update
after testing multiple sensors. came to conclusion that pcm was bad. found a used one and does exact same thing. lock-up in second third and forth if above 1/4 throttle. if easy on throttle (less than quater) trans works normal. looking for any ideas out there
