Problem Information
slips in 1st and 4th
When in od position slips unless you are light on the throttle after moving good till 4th

This trans was rebuild two years ago and when I tore it apart it looked as if it had been running with low oil pressure. most clutches burnt. 2nd and 3rd fried.

Problem
I discovered that it had a leak in the 2nd feed curicut. I pulled the valebody and pressure ck the clutch it help pressure well, so I knew that it was in the V/B. When I followed the passages out I discovered that the wrong gasket was used on the top v/b plate. According to what I can discover this trans is a 4r70w but the gasket it need for the vb is a beaded one for the Aode. it has been running the same wrong gskt in the previous build. I think someone has put an earlier vb in it. Now I have the above problem after putting the right gskt in. I am not sure this vb will work. can some one tell me?
