2-3 flare cold

box kit with steels, torque converter, linear solenoids, shift solenoids, pressure switches, computer
Came in watered out burnt up and rusty. Rebuilt bypassed radiator with external cooler. Had apart twice 2-3 flare cold still there no visual issues internally
no codes
Problem
2-3 flare colds works fine after 10 minutes of driving. Tried replacing computer no change turned up linear solenoids no change. Could use some help on this one guys. Thanks!
