noise when coming to stop

replaced pc solenoid
Summary:
have checked all engine and trans sensors for operation all with in specs when tran is downshifting from 3-2 line press goes from 85 to 190 snd creates a vibrating noise does not matter if brakes are on or if on gas realy noticable when coasting at 18 to 15 mph decell got valve body out and pump can not see anything trans works great other than that the pc is doing what its voltage/amp reading is at .88 it 90psi then 3-2 downshift it goes to .42 and 185 psi and noise occurs vibrating lines
