transmission was bad. needed to be rebuilt. rebuilt transmission in house.
p0732 gear 2 incorrect ratio, p0733 gear incorrect ratio, p0734 gear 4 incorrect ratio

Original Customer Complaint:
transmission problem. shifting issues
Current Customer Complaint:
shifting erratically
Work Completed This Visit:
cleaned all grounds and run more new grounds directly to battery. cut out wire for vss. ran new wire directly from vss to pcm. cluster and speed control module disconnected. works fine until it gets warm. then it starts working erratically again. have another pcm to try out. will see if this works.
Summary:
took vehicle out on roadtest and hooked up snan tool. watch vss on scan tool and mph will jump from 15mph to 45mph and back to 23mph. mph will jump up and cause transmission to shift up to 3rd or 4th and back to 2nd.
