Problem Information
slips in 2nd
all the time
got this on in from another shop with a slip in 2nd condition. Customer brought it to us because the other shop couldn't fix it.
Problem
Slips in 2nd and manual 2nd. Pulled trans and disassembled, didn't really find anything wrong. Replaced front drum and band. Installed in vehicle and still have same prob. Removed vb and went through it didn't really find anything wrong. No hung up valves or stuck valves. Replaced gov press. sensor and transducer. Still have same problem. Put pressure gauge on the accum test port and my pressures are within specs. I would appreciate any info or ideas on this one as i am pulling my hair out.
