Problem Information
harsh downshift
all the time
reverse steels
car came in with a no reverse conditon.And when you put it in gear the motor would die.It had a tcc code but i cant remember the number
Problem
We rebuilt it with a standard overhaul. o/h kit bands shift kit. Now it shifts good but when you come to a stop it down shift hard almost a clunk.Our builder put the tcc solonoid with the blue connector but i found the old one and it was tan. I was wondering if that is where the problem starts?

Oh forgot to mention that it is a SHO taurus.
