Problem Information

Repeat C-1 failure
Driving unit warm
Pump body, pump gears, pump wear plate, kit, c-1 steels, input drum , all solenoids and VB
Original failure was C-1 burned up. First build: Kit, C-1 steels, pressure control solenoids, pump body, pump gears and pump wear plate. When driving intermittent bind and C-1 burned up in 10 minutes. Second build: C-1 steels frictions, inspected entire unit, valve body, input drum assembly and shift solenoids. Checked line pressure, was ok. Adaptives cleared, vehicle carefully driven to relearn. All seemed good. 100 miles repeat same failure. Not sure sure if pump control body, case or trans control unit. No codes in engine controler. Gear ratio error 1st in trans contrler. With C-1 burned up ratio error 1st is obvious. Engine performance is good.
Gear ratio error 1st

Problem

Repeat C-1 failure

Thanks for any help.
