Rebuilt trans 10 mths ago. At the time trans had over pressurization issues, destroyed tcc. Replaced vb and channel plate with rebuild

Problem
TCC stays on after about ten mile warm up drive. Chug-a-lug condition with 99% duty cycle on tcc data. Line pressure stays normal in drive with clutch stuck on.
Removed valve body, no stuck valves. fluid very clean and minimal contaminants in pan.
