po 757 solenoid b stuck on

Original Customer Complaint:
car would downshift from fourth and stay in one gear

same thing
Work Completed This Visit:
taken trans back out , pulled valve body out and apart. don't see any problems
Summary:
I've ohm the solenoids and clicked them with 12v . solenoids seem to work on bench. I wouldn't think a new set of solenoids would be faulty. Don't see any harness damage . I will also put in a shift kit
