did not have this problem untill it was rebuild

50lbs line pressure rise to 70 when stall then after it runs a minute we loose 20 more pounds
any idea what I am missing

will the early vb with solinoid plate work with this,if so trying another vb in the am
I should add that unit has been out to check pump and everything looked good with it
