noise
worse with speed
ring, pinion, carrier, and drive and driven transfer gears.
car came in with noise from trans when accelerating. over hauled with new ring and pinion. still had final drive noise. removed and replaced carrier and pass. side cv axle due to slight slop.
none.
Problem
have a humming noise coming from trans that comes in around 30 mph and gets worse with road speed and goes away when lift off of throttle.
