This product addresses concerns of �no torque converter lock-up� when vehicle is equipped with after-market LED tail / brake lamps.

The problem occurs because the LED brake lamps will allow a build-up of voltage on the brake lamp lead when the tail lights are on.

The ECM �sees� this voltage and interprets it as �brake pedal depressed�, thus not allowing converter lock-up
